My Chinese Blog

This is my Chinese personal blog which is designed by myself and totally-self-developed by my friend Pan Wei.

You could visit directly at http://messbook.net/ but I’m afraid it maybe very slowly to open the page because the hosting server is in China mainland.

Killertoy Design Project

Killertoy Website - Homepage

Another nostalgia thing.

I’d run a personal Fashion Design Project named Killertoy in 2005. The style is like street, graffiti, hip-hop and fasion. In the meantime I associated with some hip-hop guys (like streetballars, dancers, MCs and DJs) then created an un-registered organization called “W-Unit” (which means Wuhan Union). I designed some cool stuff, found some factories and made these productions out, like tees, dog-tags, stickers (which were very popular), badges and caps. Although it could be pretty messy constantly, I was still very happy at that time, dude.

In May, 2006 I cut off the project since I’d came to Beijing for my new job. So this project has been laid aside for a long, long time. And I think maybe it’ll be laid forever.

GameWitch Studio’s Official WebSite

GameWitch Website Top

After the Game WitchCraft: Alchemy finished, I designed this website for GameWitch Studio, which was an informal flash game studio composed of Xia (the programmer) and me.

In this website, registered Users can enjoy the two flash card games (WitchCraft: Alchemy and WitchCraft: Necromancy) and upload their scores. We have an Honor Ranking System, listing the highest 20 scores in each game, and every month the top 3 will get some gifts (cheap gifts, like badges I made myself).

The theme of this site is as usual as the style of GameWitch’s games – Dark, arcane and myth. I love its Nav bar! But since I came to Beijing, it’s not available now.

Rococo Band

Rococo was a pop-punk/indie-rock band which found in 2004 and disbanded in 2006.

These girls (Piggy/Vocal, Layla/Guitar, Mavis/Bass and Snow/Drums) did great things. They held hundreds of gigs around China, released a 4-songs-Demo, a 5-songs-EP, a Full-CD-Album (Rococo: Girls’ Power), and a Music Video (We Just Free). The band was interviewed by some magazines like XMUSIC and Rolling Stone.

Tom Lau who’s my friend was their producer at that time. The girls of Rococo were trying to make their music more powerful and more outstanding, and I think they made it successfully.

Rococo’s website was designed by me, but since their unfortunate disbandment, the website is no longer available:(
